The Magic School Bus is an award winning animated children’s television series based on the book series of the same title by Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen. It is notable for its use of celebrity talent and being both highly entertaining and educational. Phoebe is on a mission to save plants and animals living in the desert, and Ms. Frizzle takes the class to the desert to see the environment first hand. At the end of the trip, Phoebe realizes that the plants and animals in the desert might not need her help like she first thought.
