Bios: Nature and Society--Heart of the Mountain, The Lacandon Jungle (Spanish)
The habitats of several jungle animals are severely threatened. Organizations are working with local inhabitants to develop conservation models that ensure the jaguar, the scarlet macaw, the Howler monkey, and other species will continue to have a place to call home.
